What the business asked for, and what IT can supply
44 KPIs, returned by ACF against a template that asks every division. Source: KPI mapping between user and IT20260918.xlsx.
This is not the metric registry. The registry holds 140 metrics across 13 departments and is our draft; this is ACF’s return. They are not the same list and neither contains the other — Q-44 asks which one wins where they overlap, and until it is answered the two stay separate on purpose.
The template says “kindly provide all KPIs each Divisions”. Everything here comes from Sales & Marketing — the workbook labels it under 2 headings (Sales & Marketing Division and Telesales Department), but Tele-Sales is a department of Sales & Marketing, so that is 1 division, not 2. Silent: Operations, IT, Accounting & Finance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Management.
- 15Semi-automatedThe system generates a report and the business unit makes the comparison — in Excel. This is the step that has no version history, no audit trail and no reconciliation.
- 2ManualKeyed by a person.
- 3System and manualPartly extracted, partly assembled by hand.
- 2Not statedThe workbook does not say how this number arrives.
- 22System generatedAn API or a system extract. The number arrives without a person in the path.
15 of 44 (34%) reach management as “the system generates a report and the business unit makes the comparison”. That comparison has no version history, no audit trail and no reconciliation to the system report it came from — and this is ACF stating it in ACF’s own file, not us inferring it.

9 name no source system at all. Nothing can be automated against them until one is named — they are the first conversation, not the last.
31 cannot be judged. A KPI with no agreed target is not passing — it is unassessable, and the two need opposite management actions.

17 name nobody. A number with no audience is a number nobody has agreed to act on.
- 35Monthly
- 6Daily / Monthly
- 3Weekly / Monthly
Independent confirmation of Q-32: the business tracks these monthly, while 140 registry definitions declare a daily_t1 cadence.
- 5 of 6 divisions have returned nothing — Operations, IT, Accounting & Finance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Management. The template asks all 6; this dashboard describes the one that answered.
- 31 of 44 KPIs cannot be judged: 23 have no target and 26 no latest actual. A KPI without a target is not passing — it is unassessable.
- 9 name no source system at all, so nothing can be automated against them until one is named.
- 15 arrive as "system generates the report, the business unit makes the comparison". Those numbers reach management through a spreadsheet, so this dashboard is reporting what was typed, not what was measured.
- This is ACF's own return, not the platform's metric registry (140 metrics across 13 departments). Where the two disagree, Q-44 has not yet said which one wins.
Computed from the workbook’s own gaps, not written once as boilerplate — the numbers change when ACF completes the return. Custom boards are where a reader assembles their own view; this one is the agreed one.
