Your boards
A board assembles panels you already have the right to see. Every one of them resolves through the same resolver as the metric pages, so a board can never show a number a metric page contradicts — which is the one rule that keeps a board feature from becoming forty private versions of NPL.

Permission is the author’s intent, and it never widens what you see. A shared board resolves against you: a panel whose metric sits outside ACF renders locked and its value is never computed (A-52). Otherwise a board would be a way to hand someone data they are not scoped to.
Three starters
Each is a seed, not a lock — the widgets are copied into your board and are yours from that moment. A fourth (“data owner — feed health”) was considered and refused: it is the feeds panel plus Integrations, and would have added a screen without adding an answer.
Executive morning
The four questions asked before 9am, with the trust question on the same screen.
Coverage sits inside this board deliberately. A headline number and the answer to "how much of this can I trust" belong on one screen, not two.
Department weekly review
Your own pack, your own exceptions, your own feeds — bound to whoever opens it.
The only template that binds to `self` rather than a fixed unit, which is what makes one starter correct for every department head instead of thirteen near-identical variants.
Risk & compliance watch
Regulatory metrics as a class. The one board where an empty panel is the good outcome.
Regulatory metrics are filtered as a CLASS, not as a preference. A metric carrying `regulatory_flag` is on this board whether or not anyone finds it interesting this week.
Prototype limit, stated rather than hidden. Boards you create live in a cookie in this browser (0 of 6 used) — they are real enough to build, render, reload and delete, but they do not travel to another person. The sharing model above is specified and rendered, not exercised. At fullstack it is two tables behind the R-S-17 predicate, and none of these shapes change.
