- ASSUMPTIONS.md — every assumption, decision and open question across the whole programme, with its reversal cost. The documents cite it; they never restate it.
- DESIGN.md — the design system, and the reasoning behind each rule. Where a rule has been amended, the old wording and the reason are kept beside it.
- registry/README.md — what the metric registry is, how to validate it, and the five questions ACF has to answer for each of their metrics.
ACF’s service desk is ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, and it is not a stranger to this platform — it is already a source system in the registry, behind the IT Operations pack (IT-04…IT-10). The platform measures its SLAs today and cannot raise a ticket into it.
What stands between the two is Q-08 — the ManageEngine API and field mapping. The same question blocks the IT pack from moving off a manual export. Binding it once would close both, and Q-39 asks whether ACF wants that. Until then this menu describes the desk rather than pretending to be it.
